A BASIC SHARE SAVINGS ACCOUNT

To enjoy the benefits of Nova Credit Union, members must first open a Share Savings Account. This savings account validates your membership in the Credit Union and allows you to vote in annual elections and have access to all of our products and services. All savings/share (deposit) accounts are insured up to $250,000 by the NCUA. Share Account minimum balance is $5.00.

CLUB SAVINGS ACCOUNTS

Save all Year Long — painlessly!

Our new Savings Club Accounts help you save for special events throughout the year. Using Payroll Allotments/Deduction, Electronic Transfers, Auto Transfers or other regular deposits help you painlessly save all year long. The balance is transferred to your checking or savings account on the pay-out date. Now you can save and be prepared ahead of time!

Savings Club information:

$5 minimum balance required
No monthly service charge
Withdrawals are prohibited unless you close the account
$25 fee will be charged if the account is closed early and dividends lost
Closed accounts cannot be re-opened until the next club year begins

Certificate Accounts

With a Nova Credit Union Certificate Account, you set aside funds for a set period of time — between 6 to 36 months — and in return, you receive higher dividends rate than with a traditional share savings account. The longer your certificate term, the more you earn. It's a simple way to boost your savings and prepare for your financial future!
